The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will lead key go-to-market initiatives, drive in-market stimulation through tactical offers and marketing campaigns, and programmes to ensure profitable market share growth.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will identify opportunities, embed customer insight, and develop and manage go-to-market strategy for one or more product domains. You will drive growth in our share-of-wallet through acquisitions, cross-sell and upsell, by enabling customer adoption of new products and services through the creation of compelling offers and campaigns.

What you will be doing:

  • Use technical skills and experience to undertake analysis of the market and recognize patterns in customer behaviour and competitor/market trends
  • Identify opportunities for target customer cohort identification and heat mapping
  • Provide expertise to translate data into insights that assist in opportunity identification, proposition design and optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to use knowledge of Product, Solution, Professional & Managed Services to create customer stickiness and drive in-market performance.
  • Define the customer value proposition based on expected customer business outcomes and differentiated positioning of our offers.   
  • Shape and influence the GTM strategy through synthesizing information from customer cohort identification, heat mapping and competition analysis 
  • Perform demand generation activities for the identified marketing campaigns
  • Use your marketing, technical and stakeholder management expertise to develop fit-for-purpose content and assist in sales enablement
  • Participate and embrace the agile ways of working mindsets and practices for the team
  • Contribute to revenue and sales growth through the cross-sell and up-sell of our solutions to our customer base, through offer and campaign activities

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Graduate Degree – Marketing, Business, IT, Telecommunications, Commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in technology / telecommunications industry with a passion for complex, multi-channel B2B / technology marketing
  • Data driven approach to market segmentation, customer cohort analysis and targeted messaging
  • Proven examples in opportunity analysis, value proposition development, campaign design and execution
  • Proven track-record of collaboration and stakeholder management alongside Sales, Product, Commercial, Partner Channel and Legal functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in budget estimations, revenue projections, and managing on-going campaign activities
  • Proactive approach and have an ability to lead and own projects
  • Background in developing creative agency briefs and managing their deliverables
  • Ability to adapt and work with ambiguity


High desirable:

  • Post Graduate Degree – Marketing, Business, IT/Commerce or equivalent
  • Working knowledge and of digital marketing MarTech tools – Eloqua, Salesforce
  • Social media messaging for B2B audience
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
