Gaven is responsible for managing the India Partner Ecosystem, along with being the Category Owner for Indirect BPO across Telstra.

He joined Telstra in July 2019, a Mechanical Engineer & MBA with over 24 years of professional experience in managing Sales Operations, Shared Services, Partner Management & Lean Six Sigma in India and the USA.

His experience spanned companies such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, General Electric, Coca Cola & United Breweries. In his last assignment before Telstra, he was the Director - Sales Operations for the Asia Pacific Region, based in Bangalore.
